Job Summary

Responsible for a wide range of business-related day to day administrative tasks: Managing front desk, office expenses, assets and supplies. Also responsible for Bank & Customer payment - delivery related chores.

Job Description

  • Manage and route mail Couriers and phone calls appropriately.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Process and report on office expenses
  • Maintain physical and digital employee records
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Visit customer locations for RFQ – Invoice submission, deliveries, payment collections.

Skill

  • Bachelor’s degree – arts / science
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions
