Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced seller to join our IBM Business Unit, covering accounts in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in the IT industry, with an understanding of the UAE market and experience in selling software, hardware, and services. This role requires a sales professional who excels in engaging with customers and understanding requirements, driving sales initiatives, and orchestrating technical and partner resources to deliver end-to-end solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, shaping client strategies, and achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Job Description
- Responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities and developing them into profitable business.
- Believe in developing a Unique Selling Proposition which can benefit the company and result in business growth.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage the flow of a workplace and optimize day-to-day activities.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
- Handling the RFP’s and documentation which is required with them.
- Timely approval on Orders with all relevant documents.
- Order processing in time and coordinates to resolve matters related to them
Deliveries and Support.
Skill
- Bachelor’s or MBA in Marketing or related field.
Proven Track Record of consistent and positive Sales performance.
