Job Summary

Project Manager at GBM is a vital contributor to the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and ensuring project success.

Job Description

  • Execution of projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Track project tasks and milestones, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and challenges in the project and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to meet project and organizational standards.
  • Assist in managing changes in project scope, assessing impact, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support in addressing and resolving issues and conflicts that may occur during the project lifecycle.

Skill

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with emphasis on Data Center, Networking, Security, and ELV.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.
