Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, overseeing planning, execution, and closure phases.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively, streamline workflows, and optimize project delivery.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Uphold quality standards by conducting regular project reviews, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays, keeping projects on schedule.
  • Collaborate with finance and project teams to monitor project budgets, controlling expenses and ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.

Skill

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in project management or a related role, demonstrating successful project delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous
