The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in the IT industry, with an understanding of the UAE market and experience in selling software, hardware, and services. This role requires a sales professional who excels in engaging with customers and understanding requirements, driving sales initiatives, and orchestrating technical and partner resources to deliver end-to-end solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, shaping client strategies, and achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Job Description

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients across various industries in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and provide tailored solutions (Software, Hardware, Services) that align with client needs and business goals.
- Lead the full sales cycle for IBM software, hardware, and services, coordinating with internal technical teams, OEMs, and partners.
- Select and prioritize high-growth, high-value revenue opportunities to drive business performance.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional teams to support territory growth.
- Build compelling business propositions for clients, demonstrating clear financial and operational benefits.
- Leverage all available marketing and enablement resources to support account strategies and meet sales objectives.
- Be accountable for achieving targets in revenue, profitability, and territory development.
Skill
- Bachelor’s or MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in the UAE
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Proven Track Record of consistent and positive Sales performance.
Sales & Business Development
- Proven ability to drive full sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise IT.
- Experience selling complex IT solutions including software (e.g., automation, AI, data, security) and infrastructure (e.g., servers, storage, cloud).
- Ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into long-term business.
Product & Technical Understanding
- Good knowledge of IBM’s portfolio – including IBM Software, Cloud, Red Hat, Power Systems, Storage, and Security
- Able to explain technical solutions in simple business terms
- Experience working with technical teams and partners to build the right solutions
Client Relationship Management
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and building trust
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts
Communication & Presentation
- Confident in presenting solutions to clients at all levels
