Technology Specialist at GBM is a key member of our technology team, contributing to the implementation, support, and optimization of technology solutions.

Job Description

  • Provide hands-on technical support to GBM customers, addressing hardware, software, or network issues.
  • Assist in the configuration and optimization of hardware, software and network systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and end-users on technology tools and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technology systems and configurations.
  • Stay informed about current technology trends, contributing insights to continuous improvement.
  • Assist in technology projects, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with technology customers, vendors for support, procurement, and service optimization.
  • Adhere to and assist in implementing IT security measures and compliance standards.

Skill

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technology support roles
  • Solid understanding of hardware, software, networking, and IT security principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
