Job Summary

The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the successful deployment and integration of networking and security solutions. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with Cisco technologies and other security products such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5 etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, configure, and implement advanced Network and Network Security solutions for Campus, Data Center and WAN. 
• Create and maintain high-standard documentation including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRU). 
• Lead large-scale network and security projects from inception to completion. 
• Guarantee network security best practices are executed through auditing: router, change control, switch, firewall configurations, and monitoring 
• Design and implement Cisco ACI Singl site or Multisite architectures 
• Design and implement secure network solutions for clients, including firewalls, VPNs, IPS, NAC, Proxy, WAF and secure remote access. 
• Implement and configure other security products such as Fortinet Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Check Point Firewalls. 
• Design, deploy, and manage Cisco SD Access, SD-WAN, and DNA Assurance solutions. 
• Extensive experience with Cisco SD Access, SD-WAN, and DNA Assurance. 
• Perform network and security assessments to determine requirements and develop implementation plans. 
• Troubleshoot complex network and security issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. 
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery. 
• Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions. 
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in network and security technologies. 

Skill

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in network and security implementation. 
• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.) 
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, and Cisco ACI. 
• Proficiency in deploying and managing Cisco Security products such as FTD Firewalls, Cisco Umbrella SASE, Cisco ISE, and Email Gateways. 
• Experience with other security products including Fortinet Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Check Point Firewalls. 
• Extensive experience with Cisco SD Access, SD-WAN, and DNA Assurance. 
• Demonstrated capability in creating high-standard documentation such as HLD, LLD, and NFRU. 
• Deep Understanding of Public Cloud Networking and Cloud Native Security Solution. 
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, NSE or equivalent are highly desirable. 
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to proactively learn and implement new technologies without requiring extensive guidance or support.
