Job Summary

The Senior Network and Security Presales Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team in identifying customer requirements, designing end-to-end network and cybersecurity solutions, preparing technical proposals, conducting presentations and demonstrations, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with customer business objectives. The role serves as the technical authority throughout the sales lifecycle and helps drive revenue growth by delivering innovative and secure technology solutions.

Job Description

  • Engage with customers to understand their business, technical, and cybersecurity requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments, presentations, demonstrations, and PoC/PoV engagements.
  • Design scalable and secure enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Develop high- and low-level solution architectures, technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, SOWs, BOMs, and solution costing.
  • Provide technical expertise across NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, NAC, SIEM, Endpoint Security, IAM, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Data Center Networking, LAN/WAN/WLAN, and ACI.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and key stakeholders, addressing technical requirements and challenges throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, delivery teams, technology vendors, and partners to ensure solution feasibility and successful execution.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic technology partners and stay updated on emerging technologies, products, certifications, and industry trends.
  • Support business development and key account strategies, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue and gross margin targets and represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and seminars.

Education - Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Networking and Cybersecurity.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Presales or Solution Architect role.
  • Strong experience working with enterprise and government customers.

HSE Requirement

-Collaborate with HSE teams to implement safety controls, manage hazardous materials, and mitigate impacts.
-Promote a culture of safety within engineering teams, ensuring that all projects prioritize the well-being of employees and the environment.
-Reports on progress/issues to HSE focal point
-Provide administrative support to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department. Maintain and organize HSE documentation, including records of incidents, audits, and training sessions.
