Job Summary
The Project Coordinator / Project Lead is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role coordinates activities across project teams, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, project governance, risk management, and timely reporting. The incumbent maintains project documentation, tracks progress, manages action items, and supports the Project Manager in achieving project objectives while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Skill
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or PMO functions.
- Minimum 3–5 years managing medium to large-scale IT, digital transformation, infrastructure, software development, or business projects
- Ability to plan, organize, track, and coordinate project activities, resources, schedules, and deliverables.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify, assess, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize project impact
- Proficiency in preparing project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and maintaining accurate project documentation
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet) and understanding of project governance, change management, and quality processes
