Job Summary

The Recruitment Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across the GBM branch, including Sales, Services, Technology, Operations, and Support functions. The role acts as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and HR to ensure efficient, compliant, and positive recruitment experience.

Job Description

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition approval to offer stage across Sales, Services, Technology, and Support functions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and internal talent pools.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and act as the liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate pipelines, and vacancy status within SuccessFactors and other recruitment systems.
- Support recruitment governance by ensuring compliance with GBM recruitment policies, approval workflows, and diversity requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and talent market insights for management.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities including document collection, DPL checks, reference checks, and onboarding requirements.
- Support Emiratisation initiatives and workforce planning activities by identifying and engaging suitable talent.
- Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management.

Skill

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions
  • - 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
    - Experience recruiting across technical, sales, services, and support functions is preferred.
    - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and SuccessFactors is an advantage.
